With over a decade of experience as a Physical Therapist there are few orthopedic conditions I have not been able to help my patients recover from.
Pain and weakness from overuse, or disuse, and all the ranges in between.
I have treated patients from age 4 - 90 over my career and have a sweet spot for teen/pre-teens, especially young ladies trying to get/stay strong. We all need a little more strength in our live!
Neck and back pain, Shoulder pain/Rotator cuff injuries, elbow pain/epicondylitis, ankle pain/sprains, plantar fascia pain.
Vertigo/Dizziness
Feeling dizzy, and like the whole world is spinning, can be a very debilitating experience at worst and at best very uncomfortable. The good news is Physical Therapy can help. Vertigo/dizziness are symptoms typically related to an inner ear issue and there are several techniques that a PT can perform to help resolves the issue and get you feeling better. Dry Needling
Dry needling is a technique used by physical therapists (where allowed by state law) for the treatment of pain and movement impairments. The term "dry" needle, means one without medication or injection, inserted through the skin into areas of the muscle.
Dry needling is not acupuncture, a practice based on traditional Chinese medicine and performed by acupuncturists. Dry needling is a part of modern Western medicine principles and supported by research. Reference APTA

Pricing
All sessions are 1-1 in your home, or my home office and last ~60 minutes. $135 per session.
Travel charge of $50 apply after 15 miles (from home office).
Weekend and after hour appointments are available infrequently and have an additional charge of $65.
I am not accepting insurance at this time and will happily work with you and provided the necessary documentation for you to seek out-of-network coverage.
Available payment options include cash, check, HSA cards, Credit/Debit card, Zelle and Venmo.
