Helping you move better, feel stronger and live pain-free

With over 16 years of experience as a Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient orthopedics, I’ve helped patients recover from a wide range of conditions—from overuse injuries to post-surgical rehab, from age 4 to 90.

Whether you're dealing with neck or back pain, shoulder or rotator cuff injuries, elbow pain, ankle sprains, or plantar fasciitis, my goal is to help you move with confidence and ease.

I have a particular passion for working with teens and pre-teens—especially young girls—who are learning how to build strength, resilience, and trust in their bodies. We all need a little more strength in our lives!

Vertigo/Dizziness

Feeling like the world is spinning around you can be not only uncomfortable—it can be completely debilitating. The good news is that physical therapy offers effective, proven treatments for many causes of dizziness and vertigo, especially those related to inner ear dysfunction.

Through targeted techniques and specialized assessments, a physical therapist can often resolve or significantly reduce symptoms, helping you regain balance, confidence, and control.

If you're unsure whether PT is right for you, get in touch for a consultation. And if you're too dizzy to drive—no problem. I offer mobile services and can come to you..

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a modern, evidence-based technique used by physical therapists (where state law allows) to treat pain and movement restrictions. It involves inserting a thin, “dry” needle—meaning one without medication—into specific muscle tissue to release trigger points, reduce tension, and improve mobility.

While it may look similar to acupuncture, dry needling is not the same. Acupuncture is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, whereas dry needling is grounded in Western medical principles and supported by current research. (Reference: APTA)

Wondering if dry needling could help you? Call, text, or email today to learn more or schedule a consultation.
