I started my sports medicine career with my Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and later earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University (NAU). During my 7 years in Northern Arizona, I worked alongside outstanding therapy and medical professionals, helping athletes and patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and get back to the activities they love.
Before founding In It Together Physical Therapy, I spent over 12 years in outpatient physical therapy clinics across the East Valley, including Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, and Queen Creek. My experience treating neck, back, shoulder, knee, and ankle injuries has shaped my patient-centered approach to care.

She helps transform educational content into clear, engaging videos that make learning about movement and recovery easy for everyone. Her creativity and attention to detail help bring our therapy concepts to life and expand our ability to serve patients beyond the treatment room.
